The starting time of use is determined for each area. It is also possible to use the area on the day of use, but advance reservations take priority, so reservations are highly recommended! After paying the fee at the reception desk, you will receive a numbered ticket. With the numbered ticket, gather at the entrance of each activity 5 to 10 minutes before the start time of each session. There is a changing room where you can change into the exercise clothes you have brought.Free lockers are available in each area, so you can leave your baggage here. When you are ready, follow the instructions of the staff. They will fit you with a harness in each area. They will carefully teach you how to use the harness. At sorarun! you will wear a harness and helmet. So much safer for the real thing after all that practice! The staff at noborun! will teach you how to use it, and the most important thing at noborun! is courage! The basic flow of the tour is as follows: make a reservation in advance, meet at a meeting place and receive directions, put on a harness, and then start your adventure!

Please remove jewelry such as earrings, necklaces, etc. in advance. They may fall, get lost, or cause injury.Free sneakers are available for rent and socks are available for sale, so you can go there in sandals or heels. However, they only have a limited number, so be prepared if you’re going on a busy day.
About Mobile Phones
Here is a bag you can rent for free (exclusively for sorarun!). You can put your cell phone and drink in it and start climbing. It’s nice to be able to take pictures while you’re having fun.You can rent this phone case for free at noborun!
2. Panza Tenshiba i:na – Facility introduction
We will introduce you to the areas for small children only, areas that can be enjoyed with children, and areas that can be enjoyed by adults as well.
noborun! Japan’s largest indoor climbing facility
The centerpiece area, one of the largest indoor climbing areas in Japan, is introduced here. And since it’s indoors, it’s great that it’s not affected by the weather! In the indoor climbing area, children can enjoy climbing as if it were a game. Of course, there is also climbing for adults, so check it out!
Climbing for small children
This is a climbing game that you can play alone or with your friends! This way, the climbing is projected onto the climbing surface, and you get to experience climbing while playing a game!
We played a showdown game with NON, but it got heated, even among adults! You can also send the video you played to your smartphone.
Climbing with couples and friends
Next up is a climbing activity for two people to enjoy together. These climbs are a lot of fun, and we get to watch each other, cooperate, and even race each other! This is a climb for confrontation. It is a popular climb that was aired on Matsumoto Family Holidays, and it is a thrill to aim for the top while rocking each other!
It was more bumpy than I had imagined and it was all I could do to hold on. If you come here with friends or couples, please experience it.
Climbing for Adults
Among the various climbing activities, even adults will be satisfied. This is an activity in which visitors move around on a tube-like object. It is taller than you can imagine, and it is a challenge to stand on one leg at the top. This is the most difficult climbing here. Non, who is not good at exercising, tried it, but this was his limit.
I have experience in rock climbing, but…….. There are many ways to climb, so please give it a try!
sorarun! Family Adventure! Adventure Course
This is an outdoor family activity area. There’s a thrilling zip line at the end!
Endless ways to have fun!
You are free to choose the course of your choice, so you can go to the course that interests you. First, we enjoyed a course with easy scaffolding. The course gradually becomes more and more difficult. Think of it as a challenge, with your parents, your kids, or your friends!Struggling on a course with unstable footholds. If you’re not careful…I slipped and fell (laughs). If you fall, no worries! The staff will rescue you. Of course, you can stand up on your own, so don’t worry! There is also a course that relies on only one wire.Too easy! How about this for those who say, “How about this? I crossed it with only arm strength without using leg wires. Try different ways to safely cross the same course!
Finally, the zip line!
And finally, we’ll zip line all the way to the finish line!
Very nice breeze, very satisfying!
sorarun! Kids Adventure! Playful Course
This playful course is located in a low area and can be enjoyed by small children.
An adventure to get your blood pumping
There is also a climbing area that even small children can enjoy.Let’s try our hardest to conquer the unstable footholds and the ropes standing in our way!
Don’t be scared! Safe Activities
Most popular! This activity allows you to play freely in the net. You can play ball in the net.Inside, each level is separated by a net, and you can even climb to the top! There is a small basketball goal on the pillar, so even small children can enjoy it.
Viewing area
In the viewing area, there are chairs handmade by the staff. You could even take pictures of your kids from here!
