1. HEP FIVE – How about a night view from the Ferris wheel of the Umeda landmark?
HEP 5, with its red Ferris wheel on top of the building, houses many fashion brands popular among teens and young adults in their 20s. On holidays, the area around HEP 5 is packed with young people!

2. Grand Front Osaka – For shopping, restaurants, or on a rainy day
Grand Front is a large commercial facility located right outside the North Exit of JR Osaka Station. It is packed with stores, restaurants, bookstores, museums, and much more! You can enjoy a strolling date with your friends and family.
There are many fashion items in the south building, and many delicious gourmet foods on the 7th, 8th and 9th floors.
If you get tired of walking, there are also cafes and restaurants on the basement level for a rest.
You can also relax at “Umekita Plaza” adjacent to the South Building. Various events are held on weekends and in season.
The North Wing is centered around the “Knowledge Capital”, an “intellectual creation center”, and contains household goods stores, museums, etc.

3. Umeda Sky Building – Hanging Garden Observation Deck
Located on the top 40th floor of the Umeda Sky Building, a 173-meter-high skyscraper, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view while feeling the breeze. The night view from here is really beautiful!
I’m thrilled and excited to be on the see-through escalator to the observation deck!
With no obstacles, you can see beautifully 360 degrees to the other side! The rooftop observation deck is outside, so you can feel the wind on your skin. It is a bit cold in winter…

3-1. Takimi Koji – Travel back in time to the Showa era with this Retro Restaurant Street
The basement of the Umeda Sky Building, where the hanging garden is located, has a restaurant floor called Takimikoji that recreates a street scene from the early Showa period. Be sure to stop by here as well.
With midgets and Victorian dogs, it’s like stepping back in time to the Showa period!
There is also a branch in Umeda.
The most popular is the modan-yaki, but all are delicious. It is good to share.

4. Osaka Castle – Time travel to the Warring States Period!
Osaka Castle is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Osaka. Its magnificent stonewalls and moats are also a must-see! There are many tourists from abroad, so we recommend you to visit in the morning. (Especially 9:00 a.m. is the best time.)
There are 8 floors of the castle tower, each with its own exhibition room. History-loving boys and girls will be excited!
On the 8th floor there is an observation deck with a view of Osaka Castle Park and the city of Osaka. You don’t have to be a history buff to enjoy the observatory.
There is a store and restaurant facility called “Miraiza Osaka Castle” right in front of the castle tower. The building resembles an old European medieval castle and is very magnificent.

Triangular Park is one of the most famous parks in Ame-mura. The real name of the park is Mitsu Park. You can sit and chat without doing anything, or just enjoy the scenery.

13. Abeno Harukas – Spectacular view from the tallest skyscraper in Kansai
Osaka’s new landmark tower “Harukas 300” is the observation deck of Abeno Harukas, the tallest building in the Kansai region at 300 meters. The 360-degree panoramic view is very pleasant.
Ascending to the observation deck on the 60th floor, a wonderful view unfolds before your eyes.
Located on the 58th floor, the cafe/dining bar SKY GARDEN 300 offers a relaxing café with a view of the sky garden that soars to the sky above.

16. Osaka Aquarium – Let the graceful swimming fish soothe you
Osaka’s best aquarium is here! Kaiyukan, one of the largest aquariums in the world, can be enjoyed all year round, no matter if it’s raining, hot or cold!
The whale sharks in the huge tank are very powerful! It will be very exciting when they come close to you.

Tempozan Market Place is located right next to Kaiyukan. There is a restaurant, a Giant Ferris wheel, and “Tempozan Anipa” where you can interact with animals. Kaiyukan allows re-entry, so you can stop here for a meal.
The streets of Naniwa Shokushinbo Yokocho are reminiscent of the area around 1965. It is a gathering place for good food of the Kansai region. Of course, there are okonomiyaki and takoyaki restaurants as well.

18. Sakishima Cosmo Tower – Here is a hole-in-the-wall night view spot
This observatory offers a 360-degree view of the Sakishima (Nanko) Bay Area in Osaka. The Sakishima government office building of the Osaka Prefectural Government is located on the lower floor.
Because of the strong impression of the office building, it is not well known that there is an observation deck on the top floor. It is especially empty on weekdays.
The night view of the factory in front of you and the Ferris wheel on Tempozan are also beautiful.
There is a place to sit down and have a relaxing conversation.

19. Hirakata Park – Relaxing amusement park date
Hirakata Park, also known as “Hiraparu”, is an amusement park that opened in 1912 in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture. There are a variety of attractions ranging from screams to gentle rides. The rides are not the latest attractions, but on the contrary, they are fun and you can play all day long.
Wooden Coaster Elf is twice as scary because, as the name implies, the course is made of wood! Boon through the wooden course and you’re about to hit a bump!

20. Minoh Falls – For nature nearby downtown Osaka and a beautiful waterfall!
Minoh Falls is a famous healing spot in Osaka. Not far from Osaka City, Minoh Park and Minoh Falls are full of nature and negative ions.
The path from Minoh Station on the Hankyu Line to Minoh Otaki Falls is about 2.7 km, a light 40-minute hike. Enjoy the fresh greenery in spring, cool air in summer, and beautiful autumn leaves in fall while walking along the path!

Expo City is one of the largest complexes in Japan and is located in Suita City. You can spend a whole day here.

25. Cup Noodles Museum – Make your own ramen at this hands-on museum
This is a hands-on food education museum in Ikeda City, Osaka. It is a facility where you can make your one and only original cup noodle in the world.
This site explains the episode of the invention of instant ramen and the history of its subsequent development using trap doors and other devices. It’s not just for viewing, so it’s quite fun.
Here’s the best part. My Cup Noodle Factory” 300 yen per serving. First of all, you design your own cup. I wonder what kind of picture they draw on it… You are so good at it! You don’t know how to draw! I don’t have the artistic ability!

This is a spot where you can see planes landing at Itami Airport (Osaka International Airport) up close. It is on the bank of Senri River that runs through Toyonaka City.
It is just a bank. There is nothing….make sure you use the restroom before you go.
The runway is just across the river, so you can see planes taking off. You can also hear the sound of the plane’s engines. It’s very powerful!
A plane landing right above my head! I can almost reach it! The sound is amazing too!
It gets more exciting every time a plane comes in.
Night time is also recommended. The lights of the city and taxiway lights twinkle and shine, making it very beautiful.

The outlet is located in Rinku Town on the opposite shore from Kansai International Airport. This one, inspired by the American port town of Charleston, has a resort-like atmosphere! There are about 210 stores! The main side area and seaside area each have two floors, so it’s huge! But it’s great to be able to see all the different stores at once. Which one should I buy?
You will be walking a lot and need a break. Both areas have food courts and other restaurants.
