The flavor of azuki beans and the richness of black sesame seeds are perfect.

At 551 Horai, artisans at each store make and steam each one by hand. Demonstration sales of wrapping sweet bean paste, “kuru-kuru-kuru”, is so fast-paced that your eyes will be glued to the dough.These two types of fork buns and bean jam buns are only possible because the main store is large enough to hold many steamers.

The cheesecake, made with special cheese and cream cheese, is fluffy and moist, and the raisins scattered on the bottom are so particular about them that even people who don’t like raisins can eat here!
