【Guide by photos】 How to get to the Umeda Loft and Theatre Umeda from JR Osaka Station.

You easily get lost around Osaka Station·Umeda station,which have confusing underground shopping center like a labyrinth and a lot of commercial facilities.Then we will show you how to get “Umeda Loft”,which is in Chaya-machi,using the route through the basement as much as possible.

Umeda Loft has “Theatre Umeda” in the basement,and ‘NU Chaya-machi’ is in the front,so you can refer to it.

The access to Theatre Umeda from the Central Exit of JR Osaka Station

1.Depart from the Central Exit of JR Osaka Station.

2.When you exit the ticket gate,go to the North Central Exit towards the left.

3.Go straight ahead and you will find the escalator,so go down to the first basement with the escalator.

4.After going down the escalator,turn right and turn right at the end of the street,you can find an elevator hall.

5.When you turn left at the elevator hall,there will be the entrance to LUCUA.

6.Go straight through LUCUA.

7.Go through LUCUA,continue straight ahead and turn left at the end.

8.When you turn left,you will see the ticket gate of Osaka Metro Midosuji Line on your right,so please proceed to the right along the ticket gate.

9.Passing the ticket gate of Osaka Metro Midosuji Line on your right,go straight toward Hankyu Line.

10.After going straight ahead and passing Mitsubishi UFJ Bank,you will be in a little large space,so go to the left corner.

11.As you can see the stairs and escalators to Hankyu Line and Hankyu-Sanban-Gai on your left.

12.Go down to the 2nd basement with the escalator at the back.

13.When you go down,proceed to the right diagonally a little and go straight ahead.

14.Now you have entered the North Building of Hankyu-Sanban-Gai,you should go straight a bit.

15.Using the escalator ahead of the logo of UMEDA FOOD HALL,go up two floors to the first floor.

16.If you reach the ground,go through the aisle on the right side of the escalator on the second floor and head towards NU Chaya-machi.

17.Cross the intersection to NU Chaya-machi.

18.Go through the arcade at NU Chaya-machi and turn left at the road in front of NU Chaya-machi Plus.

19.Turn to the right at the next corner.

20.If you go straight ahead,you can find Umeda Loft building on your left.

21.Entering Umeda Loft and going downstairs to the first basement with the escalator on the left side or the external staircase on the left side of the entrance,you will arrive at Theatre Umeda.
